How do I track my order?
 

Once payment has been processed and your Item(s) shipped, we will email your tracking information to the email address we have on file for you.

What are your delivery options?
 

Most orders ship within 2-4 business days from the date of purchase.  In rare cases, processing time may be extended due to items currently out of stock.  Please be aware that orders shipped to an address different from the verified billing address may require an additional 1-2 business days to process due to security checks.  Orders are shipped Mon-Fri between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm EST. (excluding most Holidays)  

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

All online sales are final.  There are no exchanges or returns.

How can I contact your couriers?
 

The fastest way to receive a response in reference to an order is by email.  Emails will be responded to in a timely manner.

 

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Yes.  We deliver anywhere that the USPS delivers.
